TUSB211A-Q1: Need reference schematic and layout design

If you accept my E2E friend request, I can go ahead and send over the design files for the TUSB211RPTREVM, which uses the TUSB211A on the EVM.

For the TUSB211A, the ENA_HS pin should be an output pin only, which output the device status of the TUSB211A depending on whether there is a HS signal connection detected or not.

This pin can be connected to a test point, or left floating. No pull-up/pull-down needed.
