Hi

When I asked about this before I was told the part was compliant with 61000-4-4 EFT 

Has anyone been able to get the datasheet updated to definitively state this please?

    Hi Andrew,

    We haven't had a chance to gather the data to include this in the data sheet, however to give some extra confidence, even our ESD diodes with peak current ratings as low as 2.5A are rated for 80A EFT.
