    Hi Brian,

    I will need to check with the team on this one, and don't know if we have this exact information.

    Why do you need it? it's probably large enough to provide a weak pullup to enable the fet when it is attached to the CC line. It should also be large enough that it is negligible compared to a parallel Rd resistor.

    Brian,

    We spoke to Systems and an Analog designer about this, and they both do not have an exact value for this, but mentioned that the exact value is not important.

    "It is large enough to protect the device connected to it"
