I would like to debug the CTLE settings using the Eye Monitor function of the DS125DF410.
Is the following procedure correct for setting all channels' CTLE to Manual mode and modifying the CTLE Gain settings?
1. Write 0x0C to register 0xFF. (This allows writing to all channels simultaneously.)
2. Write 0x00 to register 0x31. (This sets all channels to Manual CTLE mode.)
3. Write any CTLE Boost String to register 0x03.
For example, if you want to apply the CTLE for Index 13 as described in Table 11 "CTLE Setting for Adaption" in the DS125DF410 datasheet, set register 0x03 to 3000 (=0xC0).
4. Write 0x88 to register 0x2D. (This enables the changes made in 0x03.)
5. Set register 0x3A to the same value as register 0x03.
6. Set register 0x40 to the same value as register 0x03.
7. Write 0x1C to register 0x0A.
8. Wait for more than 40 microseconds.
9. Write 0x18 to register 0x0A.
