Also I was looking into Pspice model. the zip folder has some simulation data, I am looking for pspice model with .txt or .sp

I believe the .lib file is what you are looking for. Please let me know if that's not what you are looking for.

Hi,

The .lib file is in the zip folder when you extract the PSPICE model. For the IBIS model, I am still waiting to hear back on whether they can do it.
