Q1.  Do you have a specification about receiver input pulse width on SN65HVD252?

Q2.  Is there any hardware difference between SN65HVD252 and SN65HVD251 concerning receiver input pulse width?

    Q1:  Not sure what you mean by this.  Input pulse width is not part of any CAN standard or device specification that I'm aware of.  If you can describe what you mean maybe we have some information.

    Q2:  SN65HVD252 and SN65HVD251 are completely different CAN transceivers, depending on what you mean by receiver input pulse width there may or may not be significant differences.
