TMUXHS4412: 2:1 MUX/Demux switch support of at least 4 or 8 channels with 32Gbps (PCIe Gen5) support part speed.

Hello,

We are looking for the 2:1 MUX/Demux switch with support of at least 4 or 8 channels. We have found the "TMUXHS4412" part but it will support only 20Gbps, but we are looking for 32Gbps (PCIe Gen5) support part. Can you please suggest some part.

    Hi Sampat,

    We currently don't have a PCIE5 analog multiplexer released but are always looking for more opportunities to grow the protfolio!

    We no need particular for PCIe gen5 support switch. We looking for the any general purpose differential 2:1 MUX/Demux switch part, which can  support 32Gbps speed with at least 4 channel in it.

    Hi Sampat,

    Thanks for the update. What's the use case? 
    We don't currently have a 32Gbps mux. The best would be the TMUXHS4412. Assuming here that the 32Gbps is split across 4 channels, then you'll be looking at 8GHz per channel, which the 4412 does support but would be at it's upper limits and usually we advise to have headroom.
