Assuming USB3 5G refers to a data speed of 5 Gbps, the 0.25pF capacitance of TPD4E02B04-Q1 will be sufficient to support this.

If the capacitance needs to be lower and you are willing to use a 1-channel device, TPD1E01B04-Q1 has a capacitance of 0.2pF.

In terms of IPP, TPD4E02B04-Q1 will have slightly lower clamping voltage up to IPP = 16A.
