When 3.3V is applied to VDD, even if the EN pin is set to L to disable the output, an output of about 488mV appears on the OUT+/OUT- pins (there is almost no voltage difference between + and -). Is this the expected behavior?

It's expected .When output is enable, OUT+/OUT- should be be different ,
