Did you order the parts from a distributor or TI? If the pins are becoming oxidized, then there is most likely a problem with how the devices are being stored.

We bought the products directly from Ti Store. Our customer also bought the same product from a distributor and the products he bought from there also had an oxidation problem.

Do you have the shipping label for these parts? That should have the lot number on it so we can trace back to the factory for defects.

Do you still have the physical shipping label? The tracking number does not tell us the lot number that these parts are from.
