  • Hi Mohankumar,

I can support specifically for the TCA6424ARGJR.

TS5A23157 and TCA9548A are owned by another team.

Jack from my team can comment on the LSF0101DRYR model.

For TCA6424ARGJR, we do not have a PSPICE model for this device as it is an I2C to GPIO expander with a digital core inside. It is difficult to model all of the I/O properties of the device in PSPICE when the device requires I2C commands to set the configuration of the I/O expander. It would be best to model the input/output characteristics only by using the IBIS model provided on the product page.

    Regards,

    Tyler

  • Hi Mohankumar,

The only supported PSPICE model for this device is the LSF0101 PSPICE Transient Model. There isn't an un-encrypted model of the device available.

For evaluating the device under your system load conditions, there is also the LSF-EVM that can be used: www.ti.com/.../LSF-EVM

    Regards,

    Jack
