Please confirm one thing, after configuration all GPIO by MCU, GPIO status will remain same after supply on/off??.

No. After power up, all registers are reset to their default values shown in section 8.6.3.

Hi Jitendra,

This device does not have any non-volatile memory and does not retain its state in powered off state.

Once a successful power-on reset has occurred on the device, like Clemens stated, the device will power-on with default settings on the I/O side with I/O's set to high-z INPUTs.
