TXB0104-Q1: Layout Review of TXB0104QRUTRQ1

Hello Expert, 

My customer is using TXB0104QRUTRQ1 with below layout. 

There's no thermal pad in RUT package, so theh current ground connection seems okay for me.

Could you double confirm please? Please let me know if you have any concern or recommendation.

    Hi Kenneth,

    No immediate concerns from my end- though bypass capacitors should be added near VCC power supplies for noise immunity. Customer may also leverage section 10 for best layout practices with this device:
