Hi,

I am planning to use the Infineon part number DS90LV012ATMF/NOPB in our new hardware design. However, upon reviewing the datasheet, I was unable to find specific thermal characteristics such as junction temperature (Tj), thermal resistance values (θJC, θJB).

To proceed with proper thermal analysis, could you kindly provide the recommended thermal data values for this device at your earliest convenience?

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 175.2
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 80.1
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 43.5
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 15.3
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 43.1
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value)
