TCAN1057A-Q1: Inquiry about the maximum current consumption when VCC = VIO = 3.3V

I have checked that the TCAN1057 IC enters protection mode when VCC is below 3.5V.

However, could you please let me know the maximum ICC of the TCAN1057 IC under the following conditions?

• IC: TCAN1057AVDRBRQ1
• S (pin no. 8): GND
• VCC (pin no. 3): 3.3V
• VIO (pin no. 5): 3.3V
•
