Hi , 

i am using the DP83825IRMQ PHY for obtaining 100 Mbps Ethernet interface in one of my boards.

As per the datasheet the values of the pull - up/down of the strapping resistors are specified to be 2.49K .

Can I use 4.7K resistors instead for the same ( This is for BOM optimisation).Please comment.

    Hi, 
    DP83825 has internal pull down of 9k on strap pins. 
    We have not validated with 4.7k pullup and pulldowns but as long as the strap voltage is below 0.6V for mode 0 and above 1.3V for mode 1, there should not be any issue.
