Is it acceptable for EN to be high when VCCA is not supplied and only VCCB is supplied?

Will there be any leakage voltage on the A side?

This is allowed. The EN pin is overvoltage tolerant, and section 9 of the datasheet says:

The TCA9517A includes a power-up circuit that keeps the output drivers turned off until V_CCB is above 2.5 V and the V_CCA is above 0.8 V.

Hi Hirotsugu,

I agree with Clemens here. See his comment about the datasheet about the drivers being turned off while VCCA is unpowered.
