1. what type of below Diode? and what is the function?

    HI Hangjie,

    It is a parasitic clamping diode. It protects the CANH driver FET from voltage surges > VCC I.e., when CANH is pulled above VCC by surge or fault for example, the diode turns on, clamps the voltage and routes current safely to VCC. Note that it is not active for normal communication and defined by the abs max ratings for CANH relative to VCC, thanks.
