I read the latest SN65LV1224BRHBT datasheet and could not find any thermal resistances.

I would appreciate if you could provide me with the following values:

theta_junction_ambient

theta_junction_board

theta_junction_case_top

theta_junction_case_bottom

    Thanks for reaching out. This is an older device so it might take some time to provide these thermal values to you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this process to occur. I will respond to this E2E post once that data has been collected, but feel free to follow up earlier to check in on things. Thank you for your patience.

    Just wanted to touch base with you. I know I said that this would take about 2 weeks to gather, but unfortunately, there will be a delay on getting these numbers to you. Rest assured, we are fully committed to providing the data you need for your design in the coming weeks. 

    In the meantime, I was able to find some thermal information in the device datasheet's abs max table (see below). This most likely doesn't provide the level of detail you are currently looking for, but I just wanted to highlight this to you while we continue to work on getting the rest of the data for you. Thank you for your patience.
