DS90LV047A: Relationship between frequency and propagation delay / Skew

Hi exparts,

Could you provide me some data of T_PLHD, T_PHLD, Skew at 100MHz. Datasheet just shows at 1MHz.
If not, could you tell me a relationship between frequency and T_PLHD, T_PHLD / Skew?

    Hi Hiromu,

    Yeah - we don't have that data specifically - what you see in the datasheet is what we have. Customer will have to test device in their setup to get accurate measurements for their system.  This device came from National when TI acquired them and national parts typically don't have a good track record of excess data to share. 

    Data sheet values are accurate across range - but we don't have data that we can make something similar to graphs shown above. Also just as note - those graphs are one device - they are not a composite and shouldn't be read as "guaranteed fact" but you can get a typical performance swing on it.
