Please note that TCAN1042HG-Q1 works the same for any other 8-pin IBIS model.

We require inverting model for Tx & Rx for TCAN1044-Q1.

The model which you shared was non-inverting

Hi Yashwanth,

Unfortunately, the models represent the device signal integrity as is with both TXD / RXD active high (not inverted in silicon) and we do not provide any other alternatives.

If you need inverted logic due to your controller, I would recommend inserting an inverter in your digital-behavior model or swap the pin direction / polarity in your digital logic part of the simulation, thanks.
