Tool/software:

we need to run the IC in the SGMII mode, would you please provide related details SCH or others?

we use the IC first, please provide more help,  if FAE in China will help us to solve what we want,   it's best

this afternoon we found  the waveform of Pin32/Pin33 is always unchange which is measured by oscilloscope, keeps 1.8V, when IC sending data normally.    we would like to know the reason

    Hi Yan,

    Is this related to the DP83TG721 thread you made earlier or a different case?

    Besides the SGMII troubleshooting guide that my colleague provided, you can review your schematic using the DP83TG720 schematic checklist available in the "Design tools & simulation" tab on the the TI.com product page.

    Can you clarify what you mean by "when IC sending data normally"? If there is truly no signal on Pin 32/33 I don't think it would be possible for data to be transmitted correctly on the MAC interface. You may also check the oscilloscope probe or the oscilloscope coupling settings.
