Tool/software:
What if I skip using USB VBUS switch and using ferrite beads and capacitors to filter the VBUS from receptacle. In that condition what will be the voltage given to VBUS_DETECTION Pin?

Hi,
Will this be a UFP or DFP application?
The Vbus switch is used to send Vbus once CC negotiation is finished. The switch is only used when sourcing Vbus and thus typically in a DFP application. In a UFP application the switch may not be needed. VBUX_DET should be tied to the VBUS connection with a 900k ohm resistor
