PCI2250 Device Marking

I need to know if the following part PCI2250 (see attached picture) is lead free. I have a customer that needs to verify that a batch of parts ordered a few years ago are indeed ROHS compliant. According to the customer the date code is 0823

Do you have the box or the reel of the device? Is there another letters at the end of the part number? for example PCI2250PCMG4 ?

No. There is no other information. The date code, according to the customer is 0823. Does that help your investigation?

The PCI2250PCM is not RoHS compliant.

Actually according to ti.com's PCI2250PCM eco information, the device has an assured delivery ROHS since Oct-2008. The date code listed is in June 2008. The device in question could be RoHS compliant, but without the original shipping packaging information which would include that information it is impossible to tell.
