TXU0304-Q1: Please review the schematic

Part Number: TXU0304-Q1

Tool/software:

Dear TI experts,

My customer made their schematic using TXU0304-Q1 for their new project. Could you review this schematic?

There are 3 concerns ;

1. Is it okay to set higher voltage to any side? (A or B?) Or should I set specific side to higher voltage?

2. Is it okay for OE pin either higher voltage(3.3V) or lower voltage(1.8V)? My customer just set OE voltage same as A side.

3. Please confirm that any pull-up or pull-down resistor needed, or unused pin processing.

Best regards,

Chase

  • Hi Chase,

    1. VCCA can be <, >, or = to VCCB with no concerns. Please see recommended operating conditions for additional information.

    2. OE can be referenced to VCCA or VCCB with no concerns.

    3. External PU/PD is not required for normal operation. However for floating I/Os, this is good practice to set the unused pin to a known state.

    Regards,

    Jack
