TCAN1145-Q1: RXD drop 100ns during high

Hello team,

Customer found the RXD drop issue during normal state, the voltage drops 100ns and then recover.

Pls refer to the waveform, TXD yellow, RXD Green, CANH Blue, CANL Pink. The drop can be caught in every period. Is there any possible cause? Have you seen in other cases?

    Hi Daniel,

    Can you zoom in the period I circled red? If possible, add the Vdiff (CANH - CANL) measurement on the capture. It looks like when the RXD pulled low, the CAN bus was in a dominant state.

    And two additional questions:

    1. Is there other nodes transmitting data?

    2. For the whole waveform capture, was the transceiver always in normal mode, or there's a mode transition from sleep to normal?
