TLK2711-SP: Disabled TLK2711 failure mode

Part Number: TLK2711-SP

Tool/software:

Hello,

In our application, two TLK2711s share the same power supply line. Both operate in Tx only mode, but only one at a time (one is enabled and the other is disabled). If an over-voltage on the power rail exceeds the maximum nominal value (4 V instead of 3 V), I understand that the enabled circuit will be damaged. Can we also expect damage to the disabled circuit and propagation of the over-voltage to the Tx interface?
