TUSB7320: USB Memory 3.0

My client is testing with two boards using TUSB7320.
There are differences in USB recognition depending on the board.
May I know what the problem is?
1. Board #1
   1) USB 3.0 Recognized as USB 2.0 when connecting a memory stick
   2) USB_SSRXP has no signal.

2.Board#2

  1) Not recognized when USB 3.0 memory stick is connected
  2) Recognize when USB 2.0 is connected
  3) When USB 3.0 is connected, the waveform works as follows
