mentioned part will work for FPGA (Artix 7) with 3.3V VCC? if any other best alternate also Fine.

DP83848JSQ/NOPB replacing this part with new part DP83867IRRGZ...needs to know about output voltage which can configure on Artix 7 FPGA board.

DP83867IR supports MII, GMII and RGMII MAC interface options with configurable I/O voltage (3.3V, 2.5V, 1.8V). Below are the DP83867IR 3.3V I/O electrical spec, please make sure it can meet the Artix 7 FPGA I/O requirement.
