Tool/software:
Ordered this part from Mouser as I have for many years and they don't work. The outputs are HI all the time and the VCC to GND impendence is drastically different. The bad part is 59k and the good one is 13.5m.
The input impedance isn't matching the datasheet. Bad ones 50 k good ones 100k.
I ordered the same part from Digikey and got the same results. I finally ordered the part from TI in tubes instead of T&R and they work fine . The working parts have the TI logo the bad ones do not.
I have returned the mouser parts and submitted a Failure analysis form for Mouser and will do the same for Digikey when they give me and RMA.
