My customer would like their host to communicate with slave DS110DF410 vis PMBus and has some questions as follows.
Q1: About the PMBUS communication (Write/Read) format of the DS110DF410SQ, he assumes that Write/Read can be performed in the following format. Is his understandings are correct?
S: Start condition
A: ACK
NA—NACK
SR—Repeat Start condition
P: Stop condition
Q2: The transfer rate of the DS110DF410SQ PMBUS communication is from 100Kbps to 400Kbps?
Q3: If write commands are executed on two registers consecutively, or if a write command is executed on one register and then a read is performed to confirmation of the written contents, any wait time between the commands is required?
Q4: About setting parameters on the DS110DF410SQy, he plans to set the registers in order from top to bottom, as shown below. Is this orders are OK or any problems?
