Why do you need these measurements? If you need a sample solder mask it can be found one page lower in the DS.

it's necessary to depict the actual physical dimensions of the component in the Package Assembly layer.

This is one of our footprint design rules.

The measurements are as follows:

1) 0.4mm, 1.42mm

2) 0.3mm, 3.591mm
