Tool/software:
I have completed and verified the schematic and PCB design using the TUSB8020BIPHPR USB hub controller. The IC is working correctly and the hub functionality is stable.
However, even under light load or idle conditions, the IC runs at around 45–50°C, which seems relatively warm.
Is this considered a normal operating temperature for this part?
Also, do you have any suggestions for reducing the temperature during operation? For example, any layout guidelines, thermal via usage, or specific PCB considerations?

It is already directly connected to the GND via the vias.
