Hi All,

I have a question about the TRS3222E.

I thought the RIN terminal had a built-in pull-down resistor, but in 9.2 Typical Applications below, an external pull-down resistor is installed.

Is an external pull-down resistor necessary?

That schematic is wrong. The RIN pins have internal resistors (as specified in section 6.9, and as shown in the logic diagram in section 3).
