DS160PR410: Regarding the IBIS model "DS160PR410-DESIGN" . But when we load the model into HyperLynx simulation, there's only two pair of RX/TX in the model. Could you please help on that?

The DP160PR410 model is an IBIS-AMI model, you can not run it as a pure IBIS model simulation.

The IBIS-AMI model also was validated in Keysight ADS simulator. I would recommend to request a free trial license from Keysight, https://www.keysight.com/us/en/lib/resources/miscellaneous/apply-for-a-free-trial-1834446.html, and use the ADS to start your simulation. There is a Test_Bench_ADS setup example included with the model and I would use it as the simulation starting point.
