Hi Samuel,

We do not have IBIS for TCAL9539R, however, TCA6408A does have an IBIS. This would be similar to TCAL9539.

Hi Tyler,

Thank you for your reply. The P output channel of TCAL9539R has 4 levels output drive strength, we just want simulation the differences. But TCA6408A do not have the function.

Understood. This is a valid use case to simulate. Unfortunately, we do not have an IBIS model that can sim at the moment.

Can we test with actual silicon by testing TCAL9539RPWR on the IO-EXPANDER-EVM?
