Hi team,

My customer is using DP83822IF (RMII, 100M) as the PHY in the Ethernet of ARC. We would like to know when the PHY recognizes it is linked down.  

We did not enable FLD mode in our design. Sometimes the PHY is linked down (LED0 is OFF). Could you please share the conditions or the justification logic?
