The 948 was not developed in accordance to IATF certification.

The 948 is Functional Safety - Capable and there is available safety documentation (Functional safety FIT rate calculation, Pin FMEA, FMD).

For access to this functional safety documentation for the 948, please reach out to your local FAE to go to fpd/ and request the documents there.

I think this question for the first device should have been routed to DCC-PADC and not DCC-DAC.

Similar to the other device, the ADS1015QNKSRQ1 is also only Functional Safety - Capable. It has an associated Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA document that can be found in the product folder.
