Hi team,
As described in the datasheet, the TCAN1145-Q1's wake pin is high when the voltage is above 4V and low when the voltage is below 2V. These parameters are valid within the operating temperature range of -40°C ≤ TJ ≤ 150°C.
I'd like to know if 4V is the minimum value. Can it be higher, such as 4.1V or 4.2V? What is the threshold set during factory testing? Similarly, could 2V be lower?
