    Hi Edward,

    Unfortunately we don't have a SPICE model for this device. 

    Closest model we have would be for the THVD2450.

     THVD2450: Spice Model 

    The source download is in the thread here. I think you can use this as a close approximation to the THVD1552 though you will need to use two THVD2450s in parallel in your sim to represent the full duplex set up that THVD1552 uses.
