2. U12의 15 Pin(SCL)과 16Pin(SDA)에 클럭이 없으며 3.3V High 상태입니다.
3. CN5의 16, 17 Pin과 32,33Pin은 1.25V High 상태이며 클럭이 없습니다.

Could you please share the circuit diagram document if you wanted us to check it.
Could you tell us what the issue is currently?
The SCL and SDA pins should have I2C pullup resistors, generally 4.7 kOhm resistors pulled up to 1.8 V. And the pin should be tied to host controller's I2C bus to program the device.
Could you explain what you meant by pins 16, 17 having no clock? Pin 16 is SDA And pin 17 is REFCLK which can either be connected to REFCLK source or pulled to ground with external resistor if unused. Please share the schematic for this.

Please program the registers to enable test pattern and check the outputs. The registers need to be configured based on the display resolution LVDS settings, DSI settings, etc. Could you share how the customer are currently programming this?

Since you mentioned there is no LVDS clock output, the display is blank currently? Are the customer sending DSI video and programming the device? Please check and share the register configuration.
Also, please follow the initialization sequence shared in the datasheet "8.4.2 Initialization Sequence".
