1) Can you confirm that the driver and receiver of the SN65HVD1781A-Q1 can be enabled simultaneously for verification of the data transmission by loopback to Controller?

2) What to do from Controller(TMS320F28335ZJZQ) Side so that driver and receiver of the SN65HVD1781A-Q1 can be enabled parallel for verification of the data transmission?

Hello,

1) Yes.

Also, good things to note:
It allows for asynchronous data transmission and the driver and receiver to be enabled on and off individually.

2) You need /RE held low and DE held high

Is it possible from Micro controller side: both Transmission & reception via UART peripherals at the same time (Full duplex communication)?
