Hi Team,

Question from Nvidia, TCA9555 is pulled up by internal resistor during POR. Can you confirm the internal pull up resistor during POR (inside IC)? Thanks!

    Hi Richard,

    The TCA9535 does not have any internal pullups on the I/Os- if the customer is looking for the device equivalent with the internal pullups, please see the TCA9555 instead.

    Because the TCA9535 does not contain any internal pullups, note that any unused I/O pins would need a pullup/ pulldown (~10kohms) so that a known state is set at the pins. If not feasible, you may also configure the unused I/O ports as outputs that will remedy the floating CMOS inputs violation.
