TPS54360: Different Label Format - COO information

Tool/software:

Usually there should be 'COO: XXXX' or 'Made in XXXX" on the top left corner, right below the 'TEXAS INSTRUMENTS'.

Is it normal to be completely blank, not showing any COO information here?
