Regarding reliability data on the TLK3131.
For both parts we are looking for maximum junction temperature specs. Both absolute maximum and recommended operating maximum specs would be preferred. The data sheets for both parts give a free-air temperature spec of 85C, but that is not what we are looking for. We are trying to do some reliability calculations and the junction temperature data is needed for this effort.
