Hello Manikandan,
UART is a push-pull protocol, meaning you need pull-up resistors on the outputs otherwise the LSF0102 will act as open-drain translator.
Since UART has Tx and Rx signals, I would recommend using something like the TXU0202. No need to use pull-ups with this level translator.
