Hi, would like to enquire:
Is there a maximum Junction Temperature for this component?
Also, may i know what is the maximum storage temperature range?
Can i also assume this part's HBM rating is HBM Class 3B?

Hi Joshua,
There is no max junction temperature spec'd for this device. However, it does have a free-air operating temperature range of -40 to +85C. As long as you ensure that the free-air temperature around the device doesn't exceed +85C, the device will not exceed it's max junction temperature if used within the recommended operating conditions. We do not have a storage temperature spec either for this device, so I would try to keep it stored in a location that is below +85C.
For the ESD ratings, the A and B pins are the only ones with HBM Class 3B tolerance (>=8kV). All the other pins on the device can survive up to 7kV, giving them Class 3A tolerance.
Regards,
Matt
