THVD1424: What is the resistance value of the internal pull-ups and pull-downs

Hello, I'm not finding in the datasheet what is the resistance values of the internal pull-ups and pull-downs on RD, DE, D, TERM_xx, SLR, H/F.  What's the minimum resistance value of these pull-ups and pull-downs?

    This can be derived from the input leakage current specifications. 5.5 V / 5 µA = 1.1 MΩ.

    Clemens is correct, you can use the input leakage max/min and Vcc to calculate the minimum resistances. I believe the actual design values are around 2M ohms but since these resistors are not laser trimmed, there can be a large tolerance of 30%. There is a bit of margin built into the leakage specs so 1.1M ohm is quite pessimistic and likely larger than that in real life.
