There have several OPNs for THVD1520. I would like to check with you what is the difference and how should we select different OPN?

Hi Ethan,

They are all the same material. The difference with G4 is it is an out dated suffix that shows it was made without lead (Pb). Nowadays almost all of TI devices are made without lead (maybe some military devices are the exception here). The .A suffix means the device means they are from US fab sites and can be imported to the US without tariffs.
