Hi,
On our board there are 3 units of TCAN4550.
On wake up we see inrush current of 928mA as shown below:
CH1: Vin of 12V.
CH4: Current prob.
When we removed one TCAN device (we left with 2 connected) inrush current reduced to 692mA.
It mean one TCAN device has inrush current of 236mA.
Attached our schematic below.
Can you advice if you are familiar with such inrush current for TCAN device?
Pleas note we also measured the inrush current to our board without any TCAN devise and we got 320mA peak.
So it also confirm each TCAN device has inrush current of ~200mA
